Elm House aims to ensure and promote maximum independence, allowing our residents to achieve their full potential. We provide residents with comfortable, luxury accommodation, meeting the criteria of their own home as much as possible.
Our staff build and maintain respect between carers and residents. We help to ensure family and friends feel at home when visiting, and do not feel as though they are intruding. We recognise and promote the diverse needs of our residents, in order to achieve maximum equality.
