Our Care
Our understanding of the requirements of our residents is part of what makes Elm House such an exceptional place to live. We know that no two people are the same so we are able to tailor the care we provide to each individual so that all personal requirements are provided for. Some of our residents may just need a little help and support through the day, whereas others may need a little extra assistance or even 24 hour care. It is this attention to the individual needs of everyone that helps to make them feel cared for, yet still as independent as possible.
Having and in-depth knowledge of our residents’ medical history means they can feel safe, but knowing all about their hobbies, preferences and passions means that our residents’ lifestyles are enhanced rather than compromised when they come to stay with us. It also means that for our residents, the care staff become close friends that share their life and feel like part of the family.
