To everyone at Elm House, We would like to thank you for the love and care you gave to our mum "Brenda".
A few days before she passed away she told us she had enjoyed being with you and sitting chatting round the table.
Thank you once again for all your efforts to make mums stay a happy one and forgiving us peace of mind that she was being looked after so well.

We would like to thank you for the fantastic, professional care you gave to my dad, Eric, during his weeks stay.
Dad speaks very highly of you all and says the staff were very kind to him and looked after him really well.
It gives us great peace of mind to know we can leave dad in your care and he will be looked after in a safe, kind and caring environment.
Dad is happy to come and stay again in the near future.
