Meet the Team

As a fully regulated care home, all of our staff have the necessary training to be able to provide our residents with the care and support they may need. But at Elm House we believe in doing more than just what is required; all of our staff receive not only the mandatory training, but also additional training to ensure they are able to offer so much more than other care home staff.  Our registered manager carries out monthly appraisals on all of her team to ensure standards are as high as possible.
